Scope of fitout
Using a monochromatic colour palette create a unique office fitout that would improve productivity and encourage collaboration.
Design a bespoke storage solution for ongoing building management services.
Works included
- Spacial planning and interior design to accommodate the clients requirements
- Demolishing walls to create a more open plan layout
- Installation of new walls, doors, flooring, workstations, chairs, joinery and blinds
- External painting of the front of the building, ground floor and Level 1
- Design and construction of a disabled toilet compliant to Australian Building Standards AS 1428.1
- Supply and installation of all resilient floor coverings
- Bespoke design, construction and installation of storage facilities
- Hydraulics and plumbing works inclusive of concrete excavation and backfilling.

Applying a convergence of black and white intermixed with elements of texture and high gloss created a simple yet sophisticated fitout.
