Scope of fitout
To create a corporate environment that would provide a safe, comfortable, functional and productive working environment for their staff and visitors, works were to be carried out with in a strict time frame and budget.
Works included
- Boardroom fitout renovation including cabling and projection systems
- Installation of spacious workstations including power requirements
- Design and install a break out area including kitchen, furniture and seating
- Re carpeting of entire office area including staircase
- Interior design and construction for the director's office suites and meeting areas
- Design and fitout of the office reception area.

Challenges and solutions
A noisy breakout area, the walls were rendered and the existing ceiling was plaster board which limited the absorption of sound.
To lay an acoustic vinyl floor, this is a vinyl product that has the water resistant properties of regular vinyl but with a sponge like product on the back that gives the vinyl an ability to absorb sound waves. Also greatly increasing comfort under foot.
