Scope of Works

Create an uplifting office environment using unique furniture and storage systems that will allow staff to perform their duties in a cohesive manner whilst still allowing for privacy.

Challenge

The office area was designed with no ceiling so reticulating cabling around the site would be difficult.

Solution

A powder coated tray system was installed from suspension rods, the tray system was segregated so power and data cabling could be kept separate. The system was installed in such a way as to be in keeping with the ‘industrial look’ of the building.

> Preparation and lodgement of council documents with Sydney City Council.

> Installation of a meeting room table that would also double as a means of demonstrating product visible through a glass top.

> Installation of unique workstations including power and data.

> Installation of office furniture and storage.

> Construction of a spacious manager’s office.

> The installation of privacy film, and signage.

> Installation of unique lighting systems, dimmable for Audio Visual presentations.
