Scope of Works

Construct a layout that would allow their staff to work comfortably in a happy environment however in such a way as to not interfere with potential recruits and clients.

Challenge

As many of the interviews held are of a confidential nature acoustics was an issue that needed careful consideration.

Solution

The wall construction was heavily insulated and double sheeted with sound rated plasterboard, but more importantly from a design point of view the interview rooms were located remote from the work and waiting areas.

Works Included

> Boardroom facilities including management of full audio visual installation and controlled lighting system and supplementary air conditioning.

> Installation of call centre workstations including power and category 6 data.

> Provision of a breakout area were staff can relax including fully plumbed kitchen and special flooring

> Construction of a spacious manager’s office

> Provision of tailor made storage facilities

> Partition walls, doors complete with painting and privacy film

> Various types of office seating.

> An inviting and comfortable reception and waiting area complete with audio visual facilities.
