This part of an office design fitout can often be compared to the office cleaner. You don't see them, yet they can provide you with a comfortable environment to work in.

Despite what you may have been told, correct fresh air quantities and flow rates are a requirement of BCA and AS.

The size and use of your office fitout will have an impact on whether or not you have a need for supplementary systems ie an additional AC system - in particular rooms such as Boardrooms or Communications rooms.

Twelve people around a table in Sydney with the doors shut can produce an alarming amount of CO2 in a very short time.  Obviously it would take some time for this to create health risks but if you have ever sat around a table like this and after a few hours felt very sleepy….. It may be more than the presenter’s choice of topic causing it!
